Arco Vara CRM
While it might not look like the piece of most catchy visual design, this was a complex system that needed to include many functions, different roles in the company (brokers, advertisers, etc.) and lots of data.
I had to analyze a lot of information and come up with solution that was as simple and easy-to-use as possible.
I have designed the whole UX, user flows and interactions, and output it to visual layouts.
Here I will show only some of about 30 total layouts that were delivered.
This CRM system is mostly for company’s agents to manage and sell real estate objects.
So, they start off with the dashboard, showing them the events, tasks and notifications:
Then they can view the list of their objects, of course:click here class="alignnone size-full wp-image-436" srcset="http://alexandertazh.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/arcovara_objectsList_v3.png 1024w, http://alexandertazh.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/04/arcovara_objectsList_v3-300x272.png 300w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" />
And go into a single object to view all the details, including advertising:
They can request marketers to add new advertisements for the object:
They can add new object:
The other major part is client management:
From there, they can view and edit a single client’s profile:
Certainly, they can add a new client:
That’s it, happy real estating, Arco Vara!
And here are some warm words from Reigo, the manager at Girf:
