Arco Vara CRM

I have designed the new internal system for major baltic real estate company Arco Vara. I was working with estonian studio Girf on this project and also got help of my buddy Jose Prieto Garay.


While it might not look like the piece of most catchy visual design, this was a complex system that needed to include many functions, different roles in the company (brokers, advertisers, etc.) and lots of data.

I had to analyze a lot of information and come up with solution that was as simple and easy-to-use as possible.

I have designed the whole UX, user flows and interactions, and output it to visual layouts.

Here I will show only some of about 30 total layouts that were delivered.

This CRM system is mostly for company’s agents to manage and sell real estate objects.

So, they start off with the dashboard, showing them the events, tasks and notifications:


Then they can view the list of their objects, of course:

And go into a single object to view all the details, including advertising:
